I work with people (and also with horses!) to release their natural ability to move well – and to live life with more pizzazz.  ♥ 

As a movement freedom specialist, I guide people who feel stuck to unlock their tightness, pain and other movement limitations – and to open up choice and freedom – in their movement, and in their lives.

For many people, this new ability to create more physical freedom also opens up change in how they feel, and a different way of being in the world.

THIS IS DIFFERENT.   Different from exercise classes, yoga, pilates.  A different way to know and to feel what’s “right”, and what makes sense – for you.  ALL of you – body and mind, heart and soul.

Based in Whitehorse, Yukon (Canada), I am a Feldenkrais Practitioner®, a Tellington TTouch® Equine Practitioner, and a BCRPA Trainer of Fitness Leaders with an extensive background in movement science, applied biomechanics, energy work and teaching.
