Learn Faster: Notice Differences – and How You Got There

How do you know that a “released” jaw is better than a “tight” jaw?    “Are you KIDDING ME?” you ask… “it FEELS better!!”

But how would you KNOW that one feels better than the other, if you had never felt both???   If you had not at some time felt what “tight” is like, and had also at some time felt what “released” is like???

And how could you best learn about and figure out your own experience of what’s better, for you – and how to bring more of that into what you do??

One of the most powerful tools we have to learn something new is COMPARING two different experiences or things.  That’s how we get more clear on what each one is, and what it feels like, how to recognize each one, and how well it works, eh.  This shows up on those moments when you go “Oh cool!  Yup, THIS is definitely working/feeling better than THAT.”

The other thing that is often SUPER-IMPORTANT to help with learning something new and different, is to have a sense of how to re-create the two experiences.  In other words, knowing how to get back to each of the two experiences – so that you can really play with them, and explore which one works well when.

THAT’s when “You’ve Got the Power!” in your own hands, eh.  🙂

The power to notice, compare, build, fine tune, and create.  And to keep on creating more goodness for your self, with more of all of that.

The power to bring what you are learning into your own life, into the real world and all the stuff you do.  The power to Make It Real, in your own ways.

This video is All About THAT  🙂

Happy Exploring!
