The “Tube” of Support Around your Knee

The “Tube” of Support Around your Knee

A picture can be worth a thousand words… and to your body, this is ohhh soooooo true!

Working with an image can harness the intelligence of your nervous system to “make it so” without the analytical brain getting too involved in dissecting it into bits and pieces.

Here is another “image” I work with for myself, and that my clients have found very useful too – to help the leg and knee find more comfort, ease, and strength – all at the same time. Cool!

Many times, this seems to be more helpful than thinking about lots of biomechanical specifics. So, check this out – and see whether working with an image like this opens up something interesting and good in YOUR smart body 🙂

Happy exploring!
