Your Back Space – Use it to Find More Movement Freedom!

Your “back space” – the back side of your body… is, well, “out of sight” eh.    It is “back there somewhere”, but often not something we notice or USE in our awareness of our movement.

So, what happens when you DO pay attention to it?    (And what the heck does a rolling pin have to do with this????)

How does your back space move, and does paying attention to how is moves relative to your FRONT space offer something rather new and interesting to how movement FEELS for you??

This video is for everyone:  for walking, standing more comfortably, sitting with more comfort and ease, riding a horse better, doing shoulder checks in the car better – all sorts of great stuff.

And, you might find that it feels quite different.  For me, it often feels soooooooo good.  Check out what your experience with it is!

Happy exploring!
