I work with people (and also with horses!) to release their natural ability to move well – and to live life with more pizzazz.  ♥ 

As a movement freedom specialist, I guide people who feel stuck to unlock their tightness, pain and other movement limitations – and to open up choice and freedom – so that you can move better, feel better, and do stuff better.

Enhance your ability to move, think, feel and sense yourself move with greater ease and more flexibility, less pain, greater clarity of thought and intention, and clearer spatial orientation.

For many people, this new ability to create more physical freedom also opens up change in how you feel, and a different way of being in the world.

THIS IS DIFFERENT.   Different from exercise classes, yoga, pilates.  A different way to know and to feel what’s “right”, and what makes sense – for you.  ALL of you – body and mind, heart and soul.

Based in Whitehorse, Yukon (Canada), I am a Feldenkrais Practitioner®, a Tellington TTouch® Equine Practitioner, and a BCRPA Trainer of Fitness Leaders with an extensive background in movement science, applied biomechanics, energy work and teaching.
