I work with people (and also with horses!) to release their natural ability to move well, feel good – and to live life with more freedom and pizzazz.  ♥ 

As a movement freedom specialist, I guide people who feel stuck to unlock their tightness, pain and other movement limitations – and to open up choice and freedom – so that you can move better, feel better, and do stuff better.

Adding further depth to that,  some things (like a particular tightness or pain) seem REALLY stuck and just won’t let go.  I help you to explore whether and how that may actually be a deeply important way that your body has been keeping you safe and keeping you going  – at least, that’s what it was when it originally started.

Here’s the thing :  your body will hold on to those Very Important things, until you experience and notice new options that feel safe, feel reasonable, and feel at least as useful as what you do now.

THAT is something that you can do.

~ Open up your ability to move, think, feel and sense yourself move.

~ Discover greater ease and more flexibility, less pain, greater clarity of thought and intention, and clearer spatial orientation.

~ Change how you feel, and engage in the world differently.


Different from exercise classes, yoga, meditation.  A way to know and to feel and put into action what makes sense – for you.  ALL of you – body and mind, heart and soul.

Based in Whitehorse, Yukon (Canada), I am a Feldenkrais Practitioner®, a Tellington TTouch® Equine Practitioner, and a BCRPA Trainer of Fitness Leaders with an extensive background in movement science, applied biomechanics, energy work and teaching.  I also have completed Kathy Kain’s “Touching Trauma: Touch Skills Training for Trauma Therapists” Somatic Practice training, which is grounded in Dr. Peter Levine’s Somatic Experiencing work.
